1. Introduction This Privacy Policy describes how the "Internal Ad Automator" application ("the App") handles data. The App is a private, internal tool used solely by authorized personnel of MyEqua d.o.o. to manage Meta advertising campaigns via the Meta Marketing API.

2. Data Collection and Use The App connects to the Meta Marketing API to automate the creation of ad creatives and campaigns.

Information Collected: The App accesses campaign metadata, ad creative assets (images/videos), and ad account IDs.
Purpose: This data is used exclusively to facilitate bulk ad creation and management within the owner's authorized ad accounts.
Third-Party Sharing: No data collected through the Meta API is shared with, sold to, or processed by any third parties.

3. Data Retention We only retain data for as long as necessary to perform the requested automation tasks. Technical logs are purged every 30 days.

4. Data Deletion and User Rights Since this is an internal tool used by the account owner, "User Data" is restricted to the administrator's own account information.

Deletion Request: If you wish to revoke access or request the deletion of any stored metadata, you may do so by removing the App's permissions in your Meta Business Settings or by contacting vasja@myequa.shop.

Terms of Service for Internal Ad Automator

1. Acceptance of Terms By using the "Internal Ad Automator" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is an internal tool designed solely for use by authorized administrators of Equa d.o.o.

2. Purpose of the App The App is a private integration with the Meta Marketing API for the purpose of managing ad campaigns, creatives, and assets owned by the administrator. It is not intended for public use or for managing third-party accounts without explicit authorization.

3. Compliance with Meta Policies User agrees to use the App in full compliance with Meta’s Advertising Policies and Platform Terms. Any misuse that violates Meta’s terms is the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Limitation of Liability The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. Equa d.o.o. shall not be held liable for any ad spend errors, account suspensions, or technical failures resulting from the use of this automation script.

5. Termination Access to this App may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the account administrator by revoking the App's API access tokens.
